Presents the
Annual Ronald McDonald House Open

Benefitting the Ronald McDonald House of Huntington. The Huntington Ronald McDonald House is a home away from home for hundreds of people – your neighbors, your friends, your loved ones. For an hour, for a day, for a week or more, families of seriously ill children find respite at our house. Regardless of economic status, the Ronald McDonald House welcomes all. With the warmth of a “home,” families can find a haven of normalcy at a time when things are far from normal. We depend solely on the combined efforts of individuals, corporations and organizations.

Join us in the spring at the Fifth Third Bank Ronald McDonald Charities Open.

Dinner, Dance & Auction This event is your chance to bid on a host of incredible donated auction items, and support the Ronald McDonald House of Huntington!

Chilifest

Chilifest is the West Virginia State Championship Chili Cook-Off sanctioned by the International Chili Society and Sponsored by Chili Willi's, a local restaurant, and WSAZ-TV 3. Cooks from far and wide bring their pots, stoves, spices, secret ingredients and chili lore to downtown Huntington as they gear up for this spirited competition. The Ronald McDonald House sells "tastes of chili" at this event and also benefits from all chili sales by the participants. The house also raffles a Toyota Camry from Advantage Toyota at this event.

Light the House

With the help of Christmas Décor, We annually light the "House That Love Built" by selling light bulbs. Ronald, with the help of one of our families, flips the switch to light our House at our Holiday Open House. Our "Gift of Lights" is intended to brighten the holiday season of children and their families who must be away form home during that important time of year.
